After nearly 8 years, Easy2touch commenced its new rollout for xr7 at IKEA branches across the UAE. With the help of the AL-Futtaim team, Ikea was able to replace the ’72-XRT POS units’ with a brand new top of the line ‘XR7-POS units’. This upgrade not only includes a POS but also a customer display along with the 7199 thermal receipt printer from NCR. The whole system along with the handheld scanner is mounted on a custom pole just made right for the XR7 system. This installation has taken place at Ikea, Jebel Ali, Festival City, and now due for Abu Dhabi and Alain. The complete roll-out comprises of over 80 machines throughout UAE.
